Indonesia is facing a dynamic challenge for democratization and decentralization in its governance and development, since National reforms on 1998.

Toward this challenge, the Centre for Participatory Planning in Diponegoro University takes a main function to encourage the implementation of participatory in development planning at local and national level in Indonesia. It brings the missions to push and institutionalize the participation of people for their own development.

It is our commitment to support the participatory planning practice, and to improve the understanding of participatory knowledge for better effectivenes of development.

By this profile we hope it will give you more information about our centre to enhance understanding and beneficial cooperation in the future.
